Stand up paddle (SUP) surfing or boarding is one of the fastest growing water sports in the world. It’s safe, fun, healthy and super easy to learn. It’s easier to learn than surfing, and anyone can do it, and be up and “walking on water” within half an hour.

Advanced SUP Lessons :

Advanced lessons are for those who have mastered the basics of stand up paddle boarding and now want to progress to turning quickly, riding smaller boards and want to start mastering using the paddle correctly & riding waves.

We have the top SUP instructors to help you get you to the next level and far beyond at most of the above locations. So whether you wish to merely want to take yourself from the basic skills and take it up a level, or whether you want to start carving it up in the surf, this is the lesson for you.

Skills covered in advanced lessons:

  • Using the paddle for stability
  • Correct paddling technique
  • Turning quickly off the back foot
  • Wave riding-(Where students are ready & correct wave condition dependent)

So get a group of your mates, your partner or just yourself and come and experience “walking on water” – you will love it, we promise!

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR :

• Swimwear with casual clothes over the top eg board shorts/bikini with a t-shirt/shorts
• Towel/Hat
• Change of clothes for after
• Waterbottle
All lessons will include a board and paddle. Please arrive 5minutes before your lesson.

Drive to the CTICC (Convention Centre). Turn in to Lower Loop Street(Turn in to the CTICC). Drive to the circle, turn left, just before Harbour Bridge there will be another circle. Turn left down the slip way. Drive down towards the gate, please park inside the gated area.
